Reading Well for mental health

We have a great collection of books chosen by health professionals and the Reading Agency to help people affected by a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, panic, body image issues and eating disorders.  As well as handy guides to overcoming these conditions and common treatments such as CBT, the collection includes real-life accounts of people with lived experience of mental health conditions and their stories.

The titles are available across our libraries and can be reserved using the catalogue.
