World Book Day 2022
Celebrating the 25th World Book Day – 3rd March 2022

Reading for pleasure
To celebrate the 25th World Book Day why not head into your local city library and borrow a book! You can find your local one here…
Reading for pleasure is one of the best things you can encourage your child to do. It’s a skill for life and reading for just 10 minutes a day will improve your child’s education enormously.
It doesn’t need to be a book your child picks up –we have free audio books, magazines and much more to read on the go.

Check out the official World Book Day website to discover this year’s book titles, plus you will find free audiobooks; reading recommendations, competitions to win free books, dressing up ideas and many many more free activities to keep you busy…..
Look out for the exciting live author events with authors Michael Morpurgo, Sophie McKenzie, Dapo Adeda, Chris Riddell, Cressida Cowell to name but a few.
