World Book Day!
Celebrations were a little different this year!

4th March 2021 was World Book Day….
Nottingham City Libraries joined forces with National Literacy Trust – Read on Nottingham and the World Book Day organisation to promote reading for pleasure.
We have copies of the World Book Day titles in our libraries for children to borrow via our Click and Collect service. Seven of our libraries are open for families to borrow books in this way.
Complete the online form via the link here where you will also find details of open libraries: https://www.nottinghamcitylibraries.co.uk/our-services/click-collect/
Enter the titles you would like in the “anything else to add” section. Click the button below to take you to the WBD website which lists the titles available so you can choose which ones you would like to borrow. The site is packed with video stories to share, fun activities, live events, competitions and much more to discover too!

Even now….
You can check out the National Literacy Trust Literacy Champions Facebook page where they highlighted some of the titles throughout the day: https://www.facebook.com/ReadOnNottm
