We here in Nottingham city libraries know that the pandemic has taken a toll on people’s mental health and wellbeing, and young people especially are not exception to that, with their studies, and ability to socialise and meet with friends being deeply effected. The launch of a new mental health resource for young people in Nottinghamshire and those who care for them is therefore very timely. Nott Alone is a new website from Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and the NHS where you can find trusted information, advice and services.
If you’re worried about the mental health of someone under the age of 25, you or they can now find helpful advice, guidance and contacts for further support on a range of different topics at the Nott Alone website.
