Stanza – Poetry Appreciation Group
Nottingham Stanza is a friendly poetry reading group that meets monthly at Nottingham Central Library. Together we read and discuss a recently published poetry collection in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
New members are always welcome.
Dates
Second Saturday of each month, 10.30am to 12pm
- 8 August, 10.30am to 12pm
- 5 September, 10.30am to 12pm (please note this is the first Saturday in September)
- 10 October, 10.30am to 12pm
- 14 November, 10.30am to 12pm
- There is no session in December.

- September: Things We Leave Behind by Josephine Balmer
- October: Goyle, Chert, Mire by Jean Sprackland
- November: Anchorage by Bernard O’Donoghue
