We’re hosting RNID Near You sessions, offering access to NHS hearing checks, information and advice to anyone with hearing loss, in your community rather than having to visit a hospital setting.
The sessions are drop-in and can support you with:
- NHS Hearing Aid maintenance
- Replacement hearing aid batteries for NHS hearing aids
- How to do a hearing check – suitable for people with undiagnosed hearing loss
- Information on assistive devices and technology
- Accessing local support and services in your area
- Information on managing hearing loss and tinnitus
- Communication tips and advice
Please note that this service cannot assist with private hearing aids – please contact your provider for support with these.
