Traces of Connection: Natural Dye & Block Print is a creative workshop exploring memory, identity and personal connection through natural dyes, handmade block printing and contemporary art. Participants will experiment with natural plant-based dyes and traditional wooden printing blocks sourced from Hyderabad, India, and learning more about block printing techniques throughout the session.

Natural dyes used in the session are made from materials such as turmeric, so please bear this in mind when dressing for this event!

The session is designed to be accessible and relaxed, encouraging exploration through making. It offers a chance to slow down, connect with traditional techniques, and engage with more sustainable approaches to creativity.
